I have always liked cross country skiing. I especially like cross country skiing on a quiet moonlit night. Skiing past a lit cozy house you get the amazing feeling people get who live through a cold snowy night. The juxtaposition of cold and cozy is what you feel on such a rare evening.
Brent Arlitt resides in downtown Toronto, and enjoys seeing the endless possibilities for conveying the wonder and joy of being into his paintings. Brent has always had a keen interest in art and photography. In the past few years, he has participated in a number of courses and workshops in oil painting, watercolour and acrylics. Some of his most enjoyable painting experiences have involved pleine air painting at locations such as Grand Manan Island NB, Jekyll Island GA, Haliburton ON, Thornbury ON, in the City of Toronto, and numerous other locations.
