This is beautiful rugged area on the east side of Georgian Bay North of Parry Sound in Ontario. This miracle tree, growing out of ancient cracks in the rocks was once blown over and broken and yet continued to grow, triumphing over adversity.
Brent Arlitt resides in downtown Toronto, and enjoys seeing the endless possibilities for conveying the wonder and joy of being into his paintings. Brent has always had a keen interest in art and photography. In the past few years, he has participated in a number of courses and workshops in oil painting, watercolour and acrylics. Some of his most enjoyable painting experiences have involved pleine air painting at locations such as Grand Manan Island NB, Jekyll Island GA, Haliburton ON, Thornbury ON, in the City of Toronto, and numerous other locations.
