This is a historic stone schoolhouse near Stratford Ontario. I painted it as the sun would be filtered through a streaming snow fall in mid afternoon in February. Although it can be the coldest month, the increased sunlight makes this month seem warm and full of beauty and promise.
Brent Arlitt resides in downtown Toronto, and enjoys seeing the endless possibilities for conveying the wonder and joy of being into his paintings. Brent has always had a keen interest in art and photography. In the past few years, he has participated in a number of courses and workshops in oil painting, watercolour and acrylics.
